4yr old to be sued for negligence

As someone about to return to the States, and who had been defending that wonderful place for months, this was a real blow.

A case against a four year old girl, suing for negligence, is proceeding. Apparently she ran down an elderly lady in cold blood, and the old lady died some time later. The weapon? A kiddie bike with trainer wheels.
